ALAROUS

About the Project

We are delighted to introduce ROSHN Group's first community in the Western Region, ALAROUS, within minutes from the Red Sea coast. Located in the vibrant city of Jeddah and adjoining MARAFY, ROSHN Group's recently announced visionary destination, ALAROUS residents embrace a new way of living in high-quality homes. All day-to-day amenities, such as schools, mosques and shops, are within walking distance, and the waterside restaurants, green open spaces and stunning event venues of MARAFY are found just a few minutes away over a footbridge.
